Astonishing X-Men – Joss Whedon

I’ve always been a fan of dialogue. The way some writers can slap words together and have characters say them in such an interesting and original way has won me over more than any flowery exposition. That’s probably why I enjoyed Lewis Criswell‘s video on “Designing Dialogue”. He explains the importance of good dialogue, and what exactly makes for “good” dialogue.

Are there movies where the dialogue has won you over? Are there some where you just wished the characters would say less? Like, maybe, nothing?
